Mary Carey is INSEAD’s Regional Director for Executive Education in the Americas. Since 2014 she has led a multicultural team to create custom executive and talent development solutions for Fortune 500 and global organizations. Before this, she was the Global Director of INSEAD’s Career Development Center and the Executive Director of the Global Leadership Center, giving her insights and expertise in optimizing executive talent across the leadership spectrum. Her 30-year career has spanned financial services, the creative industries of interior design, fashion and culinary arts to her current work in organizational learning and transformation. Mary has an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD and is a certified executive coach. She is a frequent speaker and blogger on her favorite subject – The Power of Storytelling. Originally from California, Mary lives between France and New York, and is the mother of 4 daughters.
