Application Online FAQs

Getting Started

This system has been developed to work with any modern browsers. It complies with all the norms & standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C - http://www.w3.org/) such as HTML4, CSS2 & XHTML 1.1.

The minimum Browser requirements areFirefox 10 and above, Chrome 10 and above, Opera 10 and above, Safari 5 and above, Internet Explorer 9 and above

I'm using a recent version of Internet Explorer but the system is blocking me

If you are an Internet Explorer user, you may not know that this Browser offers a backward compatibility with previous versions. If you have been redirected to the page asking you to update the browser, it means that Internet Explorer is running in compatibility mode.

To revert to the compatibility mode:

Open Internet Explorer
Once loaded, hit the key [F12]. A specific pane should appear at the bottom.
Look for Browser Mode and switch it back to the latest version of Internet Explorer available in the list
Reload the main page of Application Online.

If you are still facing compatibility problems: We strongly encourage you to switch to an alternative modern Browser

Can I use a mobile device with this platform

This system has been tested with major brands of mobile devices running iOS, Android OS & Blackberry OS. However for your own comfort we suggest to use as a minimum a Tablet.

We recommend that you use a tablet as minimum iOS 5, Android 4, Blackberry OS 10
