Apsarasa

Celestial maidens of the clouds and water, the Apsarasas can be seen throughout Asia on 12th century statues, temples, paintings and in cultural dance. They are revered throughout Indian, Khmer and Thai religions as symbols of beauty and fertility. Youthful and elegant, they dance to the mesmerizing music of the heavenly court musicians to entertain the gods.

Escape from the city and join us for a magical evening of elegance and Asian mystery, in a beautifully restored black and white house, nestled in the lush and verdant jungles of Singapore.

Be charmed by the exquisite welcome of the Apsarasa. Indulge in tasty Thai nibbles and free flow of sparkling wine and drinks under the moonlight. Dance the night away with the live DJ, and rest your feet and admire the beautiful colonial architecture at the chill out lounge, Look out for the midnight performance, and let the party continue till 3am!

Like the Summer Ball held annually in Fontainebleau, it is a unique event for all members of the wider INSEAD community: alumni, current students, staff, faculty, friends and families.
