Practical information
Welcome and registration
The INSEAD Asia Campus is situated at the corner of the Ayer Rajah Avenue and North Buona Vista Road in the KnowledgeHub district of Singapore. The campus is 15 minutes away from the financial district and 30 minutes away from Changi Airport.
Registration will begin at 1:00pm on Friday 9 November 2018.
Children
Share the reunion weekend with your family. Your partner and your children are also invited to celebrate the reunion.
Not all reunion activities are suitable for children. If you need the services of a babysitter while you and your partner enjoy the reunion, you can send us an email to : [email protected]
Accommodation
Special arrangements have been made with hotels such as block bookings at the Residence and negotiated rates for the reunion group in Singapore. To view these hotel list and the rates offerred, kindly click here.
As spaces are limited and due to other events happening on the same week, we urge you to make your bookings as early as possible; we expect a high demand in rooms during this period.

The dress code for the reunion smart casual.

Your reunion will start at 11:30, and end with Cocktails with the Dean at 17:30. An exclusive restaurant has been reserved for your reunion dinner that evening.

Your programme continues on Saturday morning on Campus.
The Saturday afternoon programme will be held at Gardens by the Bay. Buses will be arranged from Campus at 11:30am to Gardens by the Bay, where light lunch will be available.
The INSEAD Campaign, Asia Launch

Dress code: Cocktail or evening dress, black tie or suit, national dress
As a Reunion attendee, you are invited to join the celebrations to launch the Campaign for INSEAD in Asia, which will also be held at Gardens by the Bay. You will be joined by other global alumni, including the INSEAD Board and members of the INSEAD Alumni Association as well as faculty and senior staff of the school.
*As the Campaign Launch starts at 21:00 (the earliest time the Garden can be privatized), you may wish to have something light to eat beforehand.

Join the early risers for Yoga and brunch on the beach at FOC Restaurant in Sentosa.

If you haven’t finalised your registration or want to register a partner/guest on-site, two payment options will be possible at the registration desk:

- Credit card via the online reunion registration platform (eventbrite)
Electrical equipment
Should you bring any electrical equipment (laptop, hairdryer, shaver etc.), for your convenience, please bring an adaptor (designed for Singapore) with you.
Facilities
INSEAD Asia Campus’ facilities include 19,000m2 of amphitheatres, working spaces, library, offices, restaurant, bar and residential space. You can connect to INSEAD's wireless internet (Wifi) network for free from anywhere on campus.
Campus shop
The campus shop INstore sells a wide variety of business books, course books, reference books, magazines, stationery, INSEAD souvenirs, gifts, greeting cards, confectionery, postage stamps and phonecards. INstore will be open on Saturday for your convenience.
Wifi access
On the Singapore campus, please select “INSEAD” and register your details to get connected.
Library
The Tanoto Library, located on the ground floor, is open 24/7. You will find books, international newspapers, reference books, INSEAD cases & working papers, e-journals and databases. The library will be open as well on Saturday for your convenience.
Cash
There are many ATMs in Singapore. If you need to change money, this can be done at hotel, money changers or banks. Please note that most banking hours are usually from Mondays to Fridays, 9.30am – 3pm and Saturdays, 9:30am - 11am/1pm. It is best to check with individual banks on their actual operating hours.
Transportation
Getting around in Singapore is easy and economical. Singapore has an efficient public transportation network offering taxis, buses and the modern Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) rail system.
MRT
INSEAD is on the MRT network and with the station exit within metres of our entrance, it could not be more convenient.
INSEAD is located at the "One North" MRT station on Circle line 8.
From Changi Airport, take the East-West line and transit to the Circle line at 'Buona Vista' station. The trip takes a little over an hour.

The transfer by taxi from the airport to INSEAD will take about 30-45 minutes and will cost around SGD30.00 (around USD23.00).

Please be aware that the sessions will be filmed. INSEAD will engage professional photographers for this event. We reserve the right to use any film and/or photography from the event in our print and digital marketing collateral. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise us prior to the conference and various events.

Originally the insignia of the French king Francois I and later that of the town of Fontainebleau, this mythical creature representing the virtue of perseverance, was adopted as the symbol of the INSEAD Alumni Association. Since 1987, the Salamander awards have been representing INSEAD’s lasting gratitude to its donors. Salamander level donors are celebrated at alumni reunions and at INSEAD events around the world.

• Can I register on the phone?
Registration is online. If you cannot access the registration website or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
• What's the cost of the weekend?
The weekend cost is 160€ per person. For any details on the activities please consult the 'Programme' section.
Partners are welcome to attend at the same price (160€) and children are also welcome to discover the Singapore campus. There is no registration needed for babies and children between 2-11 years-old.
For babies, upon request, the restaurant can provide high chairs but any meal will be for you to provide. Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and need to register as well.

• What will my partner do on campus during the sessions?
There is no separate programme for partners but they are are welcome to attend all reunion activities as long as they are registered.
• What is the dress code on campus for the Reunion?
The dress code will be smart casual for the on-campus events.
• When will the class photo be available?
The class photo will be available after the reunion. Electronic copies will be sent to you by e-mail.

Beach games will be available at the beach front of FOC restaurant in Sentosa. Beach balls with be provided.
Amenities at FOC: Towel rentals is at $5 per piece, public showers and lockers are closely available nearby so bring your swim wear to enjoy the swimming pool specially privatized for our group.
