At INSEAD, we are dedicated to making gender balance the “new norm” on campus, at work, and in the world. We believe that gender parity isn’t a women’s issue, but rather a business and societal issue that men and women must address together.
During the 2017/2018 academic year, we’re bringing greater attention to gender imbalance while also recognising 50 years of women at INSEAD with iW50, a celebration of the past, present and future of women at our school.
On 29 June 2018, iW50 culminates in the iW50 Summit on the campus in Fontainebleau. This highly anticipated event will feature lectures and panel discussions led by prominent academics and alumnae; breakout sessions that delve into critical issues of gender parity; workshops on mentorship and coaching; structured discussion that encourages an open exchange of ideas; and opportunities to socialise and network with other members of the INSEAD community.
