INSEAD Europe Campus, 29 June 2018
At INSEAD, we are dedicated to making gender balance the “new norm” on campus, at work, and in the world. We believe that gender parity isn’t a women’s issue, but rather a business and societal issue that men and women must address together.
During the 2017/2018 academic year, we’re bringing greater attention to gender imbalance while also recognising 50 years of women at INSEAD with iW50, a celebration of the past, present and future of women at our school.
On 29 June 2018, iW50 culminates in the iW50 Summit on the campus in Fontainebleau. This highly anticipated event will feature lectures and panel discussions led by prominent academics and alumnae; breakout sessions that delve into critical issues of gender parity; workshops on mentorship and coaching; structured discussion that encourages an open exchange of ideas; and opportunities to socialise and network with other members of the INSEAD community.
Let’s challenge ourselves to do more and be better. Join INSEAD’s global effort to make gender balance happen.
Registration for the Summit is now sold out. Due to space constraints we will unfortunately be unable to offer additional seats. Thank you for your understanding.

Beauty for all, beauty for each individual
At L’Oréal, we are convinced that there is no single and unique model of beauty, but an infinite diversity of forms of beauty, linked to periods, cultures, history and personalities… To draw ever greater numbers of women and men to use our products means reaching out to extremely diverse populations with a vision of universalising beauty. In our view, to universalise does not mean to impose uniformity, but on the contrary, to be inspired by diversity to innovate.

L’Occitane was created in 1976, inspired by the natural beauty of the men and women of Provence, their know-how and their lives. We instill each and every of our cosmetics with a parcel of their history and their terroir. At the foremost of our concerns are three social engagements: fighting against preventable blindness, with our braille packaging and on-the-ground actions; managing our ecological footprint; establishing trusting relationships and putting forth true stories.
Southern France abounds with treasures. These inspire L’Occitane to create cosmetic and sensory wellbeing products, respectful of the environment and rich with natural and organic ingredients. Let yourself get carried away by this Provence, which still holds so many beauty secrets.
