International Women's Day - Ambition Has No Gender

INSEAD is pleased to host the 9th annual half-day seminar to celebrate International Women’s Day on our Middle East Campus. This year’s event will bring together alumni and the local community and will draw attention to challenges that impact women and society.

With the theme ‘Ambition has no Gender’ we will share insights from INSEAD academic research on how women can be empowered to achieve professional success and the value of  increasing gender balance. We invite you join us to hear inspiring life stories and meet women who have achieved unexpected success.  

The morning event opens with welcome remarks from the Director of the INSEAD Middle East Campus Miguel Lobo, which will be followed by a keynote speech and a panel discussion. The speakers will encourage open exchange on empowering women in business and society and the factors that contribute to or confine progress on gender issues.

Following the seminar session, attendees are welcome to join a networking lunch at Coya in the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.
