Welcome
Dear Alumni,As you have experienced for yourself, INSEAD is a unique institution. So, in keeping with the school’s entrepreneurial spirit, we are continuing to innovate around the more traditional reunion programme and bring to you a very special digital reunion! We have also decided to offer a new occasion for you, our youngest graduates, to reconnect with the school and each other, and open a traditional 1-year reunion to all young alumni, thus launching a very first edition of Digital Young Alumni Reunion.
2020 and 2021 anniversary cohorts can attest that a digital reunion doesn’t have to be any less exciting! We have taken some of the highlight moments of our traditional in-person reunions and incorporated them into a programme that enables you to easily reconnect with the school and your classmates from wherever you are in the world. In addition to an INSEAD update, you can interact with your favourite faculty and gather with your class in a dedicated meeting for good old networking and fun.
I want to thank the class volunteers who, together with the Young Alumni Initiative and Alumni Reunions team, have enthusiastically dived into developing a tailored programme for you to relive those special INSEAD memories.
Please bookmark this page as it will be updated with more details about the digital reunion, as well as with information about other celebrations for your class and links to your class gift campaigns.
I look forward to sharing some of the amazing stories about how our unique alumni community has come together in these challenging times, demonstrating that INSEAD truly is a Force for Good. See you online!
With best wishes,
Ilian Mihov
Dean, INSEAD

Building Your (Professional) Community
You come to INSEAD to build your network. Then, as alumni, you’re regularly reminded of the importance and value of…your network. Yet you spend 10 months at INSEAD—and its many (many!) opportunities to network—with minimal guidance about with whom you should connect and how. Rather than an instrumental approach to networking, which is likely to leave you feeling uncomfortable at best, I will talk about the why, the what, and the how of building your professional community. Based on what we know about networks and on-going research with communities of super connectors, I offer some insights to help you think through your most valuable professional asset.”.

Giving back
All returning classes are fundraising and the majority of alumni make a gift to the INSEAD Fund for their reunion anniversary. The INSEAD Fund is the School’s annual fund, allowing donors to direct their gift to a number of key areas: Scholarships, the Dean’s Fund, the Hoffmann Global Institute for Business and Society, Campus Renewal, Faculty & Research and Digital@INSEAD.Most donors choose the Dean’s Fund as this sustains vital programmes like scholarships and research, and supports emerging opportunities, including innovative projects that arise during the academic year.
All gifts made will be counted to the class total, and also count towards participation in the INSEAD Force For Good campaign.
Of course, donors who make a gift to an area outside of the INSEAD Fund are still counted in the class total. If you would like to learn more about the INSEAD Giving opportunities or to have more details about your own giving history, please contact Emily:
