Venue, Registration and Security
The Force for Good Conference will take place on the INSEAD Europe campus, at Boulevard de Constance, 77300 Fontainebleau, France.
An information desk is located in the main “Camembert” area. Please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of the Organising team should you have any questions. Registration will open at 13:00 on the upper gallery. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the start of the Conference, which will begin at 14:00 sharp. This will allow you sufficient time for registration and to collect your name badge. For security reasons please wear your badge at all times. All sessions will start promptly as scheduled in the programme.
The Campaign Launch Celebrations will take place at the Château de Fontainebleau.
The Château gates will be open only from 20:00 to 20:30 and the entrance to the festivities is via the Cour d’Honneur (Main entrance of the Château). Guests are requested to bring their Conference badges to facilitate entry due to tight security at the Château.
The Château is a historical monument and we are privileged to be allowed to hold the Campaign Launch at this amazing venue. Please do respect the Château rules. Note that, for security reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of the rooms in the Château and in the Marquee. Smoking is only permitted in specially designated outdoor smoking areas.
Dress code
The dress code for the Conference is business attire.
The dress code for the Campaign launch at the Château is cocktail dress or evening dress / black tie or suit / national costume. We recommend that ladies wear flat/comfortable shoes to go from the entrance of the Château to the celebrations venue because of the cobblestone paths. You can then change into your dress shoes.
Fontainebleau in October can be quite chilly! And it may even rain! We recommend that ladies bring a warm shawl. We have arranged for cloakrooms in Cour Ovale, for you to leave your jackets, shawls, umbrellas and shoes should you wish.
Accommodation
Special arrangements have been made with hotels such as block bookings in the area hotels around Fontainebleau. To view these hotel list and the rates offerred, kindly click here.
As spaces are limited and due to other events happening at the same time, we urge you to make your bookings as early as possible; we expect a high demand in rooms during this period.
Wifi
Wifi access will be available for your use during the Conference. Participants should choose the WiFi named “INSEAD”. This new WiFi network will display a login page on which you will enter your credentials (@insead.edu) or create a personal account (Guests, visitors with no @insead.edu account).
