Strategies to Rebuild and Rebalance Business and Society
23-24 April 2021, Online
A new social contract between business and society is urgently needed. And the INSEAD alumni community is uniquely positioned to lead the way. The Alumni Forum Europe provides an exceptional platform to reflect and discuss with senior business leaders, INSEAD faculty and alumni trailblazers what purposeful leadership entails in this disrupted and ever changing environment.
The world is facing a number of challenges, so pressing that business as usual is no longer an option. The fallout from a global health crisis, combined with rising inequality, accelerated technological disruption, geopolitical frictions and climate change, invite us all to rethink the way in which we conduct our businesses, well beyond the classic tenets of managing for the bottom line and shareholder value maximisation.
The global pandemic has produced new winners and losers; while there are many opportunities to build back better, there is also an urgent need to address deep disruption and dissettlement. Learn how to grasp the latest opportunities in a wide range of fields, including transportation and mobility, renewable energy, industry 4.0 and social inclusion.
The Alumni Forum is delivered for the first time as a blend of both online and in-person formats, with a central stage in Munich. It is highly interactive, no matter where in Europe you are based, and promises to offer learning, networking and fun. As INSEAD celebrates six decades bringing together people, cultures and ideas, there is no better opportunity to discover how to reimagine your company’s strategy in order to make a positive impact on business and society.
This forum is a joint project of INSEAD and the Alumni Association of Germany (IAAG). Click on the button above to register for the forum, but do not forget to check out the activities organised by the IAAG in the "Around the forum" section.

The IWiB Global Club is a professional organisation that aims to champion women in business and to accelerate gender balance and more inclusive leadership and culture in organisations. A key tenet to our approach is to engage men as frontline advocates for equality and to support all women alumnae through their diverse career paths by promoting continued education and excellent leadership for INSEAD alumni. The IWiB does so by joining forces with like-minded men to lead together to achieve the full potential of women in business and society.
Our mission is to serve as a hub for all INSEAD research, teaching and dissemination relating to energy and the energy business. We seek to bring together Alumni, current MBAs, Faculty, Researchers and experts together to focus on this most important topic.
