Diversity is one of our core values at INSEAD and our students take the initiative to advance inclusivity within our community through their leadership and involvement in student clubs.
INSEAD Africa Club
The INSEAD Africa Club is dedicated to developing the business and human capital of the African continent within the INSEAD community. The Club welcomes membership from all current students with an interest in the African continent. Contact the INSEAD Africa Club for more information.
INSEAD Women in Business
The INSEAD Women in Business (IWiB) Club aims to create more opportunities for women to become stronger leaders and future role models. IWiB was created in 2005 to promote awareness of gender diversity issues in the business world, across the INSEAD community, and beyond. Since its launch, IWiB has built considerable interest among MBA participants and outside organisations across all INSEAD campuses. Many INSEAD students and partners have a desire to change norms and influence perceptions during the course of their careers or their personal lives. IWiB aims to be a forum for discussion and networking for anyone promoting gender diversity within the business community. IWiB also aims to leverage its alumni network and INSEAD’s existing corporate relationships to provide ongoing career services, mentorship for its members and opportunities to strengthen networking.
OUTSEAD is a fun-loving and inclusive club representing the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer/Questioning, and others) community at INSEAD. The club’s purpose is to foster an inclusive atmosphere for everyone on campus and provide a social network for community members and allies alike. Whether you’re a prospective student, OUTSEAD alumni or MBA employer, we welcome you to get in touch with us.
INSEAD Latin America Club
The INSEAD Latin American Club serves as the main two-way channel linking business in Latin America with the INSEAD community. The club aims to be a focal point for people who share an interest in the region. Each year, the LatAm Club organises events such as the Latin American Career Fair, LatAm weeks on campus, as well as other events to promote durable relationships between current and past INSEAD students and the school.
