Family Enterprise Day

Building Resilience in Family Enterprises: The Imperative to Refocus, Rejuvenate & Reinvent

Family enterprises are the backbone of global economies. The distinctive characteristics centered on long-term planning, family values, trust, networks and innovation have contributed to the success and longevity in family enterprises around the world.

Despite the proven performance, the resilience of family enterprises is put to the test in the face of one of the worst global economic crisis triggered by the coronavirus pandemic. More than ever, family business owners are under intense pressures to refocus, rejuvenate and reinvent their businesses in order to adapt quickly to the evolving environment. Balancing the priorities on key imperatives such as re-innovation, integrating next-gen leaders, succession planning and transition will be critical in the post-pandemic world where there is no return to “business as usual”.

So how can enduring family enterprises recalibrate and reinvent themselves in order to stay on top of the game and continue thriving in the era of uncertainty and change?

Join us for this inaugural virtual edition of the Family Enterprise Day as we glean insights from academic experts, distinguished family enterprise guest speakers and MBA panelists to share with us some of the key challenges and opportunities facing family businesses today and the shift in priorities needed to unlock future growth. Engage with us for a stimulating exchange on:

  • Building resilience from longevity
  • Driving successful transformation within family enterprises
  • Integrating next-gen and leadership transition
  • Building innovation culture for recovery and growth

We welcome all registered participants to an inspiring 2-hour session of learning and exchange!
