INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre

Governance in the Era of Regulatory and Geopolitical Shifts

25 - 26 February 2019, Singapore

Governance in the Era of Regulatory and Geopolitical Shifts

The turbulent shifts in geopolitical tensions, economic powers and trade policy have resulted in greater uncertainties for organisations and businesses. These developments underscore the need for Boards to stay vigilant in reading the macro signs to make sense of the global forces impacting the businesses they oversee in order to address the strategic opportunities and risks stemming from these changes.

Bringing together faculty experts, board directors and top executives, the forum will address the challenges arising from the evolving regulatory and geopolitical shifts and provide a unique platform to share, network and debate on how boards can navigate and anticipate the risks and opportunities.

Join us as we scan the changing landscape at macro level globally and gain new insights and perspectives from our line-up of distinguished speakers and guest panelists who will share their views, experiences and board practices in dealing with the challenges arising from this volatility.

On the evening of Monday 25 February, we will celebrate the new INSEAD Certified Directors (IDP-C) who completed all requirements for the INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance at the Award Ceremony dinner.

The event is open to all former participants of the International Directors Programme, members of the INSEAD Directors Network (IDN), INSEAD Alumni and to the members of the Singapore Institute of Directors who are holding board director position or an executive position in the C-suite.
