CUSTOMER ORIENTATION
KEY TO COMPETITIVE FITNESS

If you are interested in seeing how your firm compares with others on the crucial issue of Customer Orientation, I invite you to take part in an online survey. The Customer Orientation questionnaire is very concise, containing ONLY 19 indicators and will take LESS THAN 10 MINUTES of your time. The confidentiality of your responses is guaranteed by the methodology used. In return, you will receive by email, free of charge, a 6-page personalized document giving you an assessment of your firm, benchmarked against more than 300 global firms and against those in your sector.
