About Me
I am a PhD Candidate in Strategy at the INSEAD Singapore campus. I am on the academic job market in 2024-2025.
My research looks into the antecedents, dynamics, and implications of a trend toward higher decentralization in large public firms. In the different dissertation chapters, I explore technological and human capital solutions to the effort integration problem that follows decentralization. I also study the impact these changes have on organizational performance.
My dissertation has received the Will Mitchell Dissertation Research Grant (WMDRG) from the Strategic Management Society.
Prior to pursuing my PhD, I worked as a consultant for six years advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Technology issues.
