OUTSEAD represents the lesbian, gay and bisexual community at INSEAD.
The purpose of OUTSEAD is to make a difference by
- increasing the visibility of the lesbian, gay and bisexual community at INSEAD to foster an inclusive atmosphere which reflects a more holistic view of diversity rather than simply diversity along national and gender lines
- educating our colleagues
- raising awareness of minority issues and preventing discrimination
- fostering opportunities for the personal and professional growth of gay and non-gay professionals and
- providing a social network for all community members who wish to participate
OUTSEAD membership and meetings are open to students, staff, faculty and alumni. Confidentiality is respected and observed for those desiring it.
OUTSEAD regularly hosts social events with major consulting firms and investment banks for experience sharing and recruitment purposes. If you would like to host an event with OUTSEAD please do not hesitate to contact us at outsead@insead.edu
OUTSEAD also hosts regular social events in Singapore , Fontainebleau and Paris .
