Many INSEAD students and partners have a desire to make a difference in the world at large, either through their careers or in their personal lives. INDEVOR, as a student-led organization, seeks to channel these aspirations into practical activities that benefit its participants and the community at large. Broadly speaking, INDEVOR serves as a forum for those interested in social, environmental, and ethical issues, often bridging the gap between business and the social sector. More specifically, INDEVOR seeks to address the areas of international development, not-for-profit organizations and socially responsible businesses in developing and developed countries.

The spirit of INDEVOR encourages PhD students and partners, and MBA students and partners of each INSEAD MBA promotion to shape the organization's agenda and activities according to their interests and priorities, while building on the efforts and resources of prior participants.
