- Standard requests: the waiting period depends on availability at the library contacted. On average, it takes a week for an article to arrive and two weeks for a book.
- Urgent requests can be placed if necessary. If the request is received by midday, Monday to Friday, the delivery time for an article is 7 hours and for a book 24 hours. If this delivery time is not met, the cost will be waived.
