The Interlibrary Loan service is used to request books and photocopies of articles from other libraries when they are not in the Library's collections.
How long does it take ?
Standard requests: the waiting period depends on availability at the library contacted. On average, it takes a week for an article to arrive and two weeks for a book.
Urgent requests can be placed if necessary. If the request is received by midday, Monday to Friday, the delivery time for an article is 7 hours and for a book 24 hours. If this delivery time is not met, the cost will be waived.

Standard request: free
Urgent request: 38€ or 60 s$ per item Payment can be made by cheque, cash or by using an account number (eg. FIB, R&D budgets).
