The INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF)
Most INSEAD alumni will be familiar with the work of the INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF). Founded by alumni more than 25 years ago to contribute to the school's financial success, the IAF has become much more than that: it is a unique means of building relationships and engaging alumni and friends in INSEAD's development.

The IAF is largely concerned with generating a much-needed regular annual income for the school.  It is a vital component of our fundraising efforts. Donors can alsomake one-off contributions of any size via the IAF. Traditionally, we've had a cut-off point of  €250,000, but we're happy for individuals to choose how they want to give larger gifts to INSEAD. After all, any donation benefits the school.

Generally, IAF gifts are directed towards broad fundraising categories, rather than specific projects:
  • MBA scholarships
  • innovative teaching and research
  • facilities and infrastructure.
Although opportunities for highly specific, named gifts through the IAF are limited, there is excellent scope for recognition through our salamanders (cumulative, lifetime giving awards) and annual giving clubs (which acknowledge contributions in any one year).

Further information about the IAFand its mission can be found in the alumni area of the website.
