The INSEAD - PricewaterhouseCoopers Research Initiative on High Performance Organizations (HPO) is a five-year research programme to study how high performance organisations operate and create value. The initiative conducts research in strategy formulation, risk taking and management, resource acquisition and allocation, organisational design and leadership, creating and managing internal and external networks, performance measurement and reporting, corporate governance.
Description
The INSEAD - PwC Research Initiative on High Performance Organizations places particular emphasis on the role of performance measurement in value creation, value preservation and value realization through reporting of financial and non-financial information on tangible and intangible value drivers, both to management and to shareholders and other stakeholders. It will be funded through a 5 million Euro grant by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest single grant in the 40-year history of INSEAD.
