William Maddux is an Associate Professor in the Organisational Behaviour Area at INSEAD and the PhD Coordinator for the OB Area. Professor Maddux holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Ohio State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining the faculty at INSEAD, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor and Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. A native of the United States, he has lived and worked for several years both France and Japan.
