Vibha Gaba is Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. Her research investigates questions that relate to organizations' ability to adapt, learn, and innovate: How do organizations respond to discontinuous changes in their environment? Why do organizations adopt and abandon organizational innovations? How do organizations allocate scarce resources to alternative R&D/innovation related activities? How do firms decide on the timing of entry into new markets?
Her work has appeared in leading academic journals such as Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, and Journal of International Business Studies.
At INSEAD, she teaches modules on leading change in various open enrollment and company specific executive programs. She is also the program director for Leading Successful Change, a three-day open enrollment program for executives. She teaches the MBA Elective course on Leadership and Change. She also teaches a Ph.D. course on Organization Theory.
She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Oregon, a Masters in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University.
