Felipe Csaszar is Assistant Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, where he teaches the Industrial & Competitive Analysis course in the MBA program. His current research focuses on how structure and organization design affect strategic-level outcomes such as innovation, speed, and profits. More broadly, he is interested in combining formal modeling and empirical approaches to understand the processes by which organizations make decisions and evolve. His work is forthcoming in Organization Science, and has been published in the Best Papers Proceedings of the Academy of Management. In 2007, Professor Csaszar's research was finalist for the Glueck Best Paper Award from the Academy of Management, Business Policy & Strategy Division.
Csaszar pursued a PhD in Strategy and a M.A. in Management Science & Applied Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to pursuing his PhD, he was head of research of an asset management firm, and CEO of an Internet startup.
