Fabrizio Castellucci is Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. He holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and a Master in Business from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University, and a Laurea degree in Economics and Management from The University of Bologna. He teaches Leading Organisations and Sports Business Management in the MBA programme. His research interests focus on Social Networks, Interorganisational Relationships, Organisational Learning, and Organisational Change.

He has done extensive fieldwork and acted as a consultant with various Italian Government agencies and private Sports organisations. He is also an Affiliate Professor of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative.
