One of the most critical - and yet highly solvable - issues is how to prepare our global workforce to thrive in the turbulent and rapidly changing 21st Century. One of the workshops focused on the social entrepreneurship in shaping our societies in the future as seen by INSEAD's Professor for Social Entrepreneurship Filipe Santos and Vice-President of Ashoka Global, Diana Wells. The event was also the official launch of the Family Business Network (FBN)/Ashoka partnership, which promotes the interweaving of social entrepreneurship strategies and long-term family perspectives at the core of family businesses to serve their communities while representing sustainable business models.
