A New Initiative (exceptionnally in French)

Afin de permettre aux entreprises familiales francophones de réfléchir en toute confiance à leurs défis et aux pratiques favorisant la pérennité, l'INSEAD a spécialement développé un programme interactif de trois jours.

Les participants viennent en groupes incluant des membres de la famille actionnaire et parfois aussi des membres de la direction ou proches conseillers. Le programme est construit pour favoriser la communication entre les familles participantes et à l'intérieur de chaque famille.

Une demi-journée organisée le Mardi 13 Mars 2012 donnera un "avant-goût" des thèmes évoqués lors du séminaire de mars.
