• Develop innovative instruments used both by INSEAD and other top institutions in support of INSEAD’s thought leadership position and profil

• Offer several intellectual pillars of expertise in leadership development, one of which is Executive Group Coaching based on the clinical perspective, and to continue the advancement of other coaching and non-coaching methods in developing leaders
