The INSEAD Center for Human Resources in Asia (ICHRA - pronounced as 'I cheer ra') was established to further develop and enhance the knowledge of effective human resources management across Asia. In addition, it aims to build and fortify established working relations between INSEAD and the community of HR practitioners from a host of industries.
Located on our beautiful Asia Campus, ICHRA started operation in September 2006. ICHRA is the umbrella organization under which various activities relating to HR are organized. The principal activity at this point in the Center's development is the HR Partnership in Asia (HRPA). HRPA is an invitation-group that consists of over 25 companies. The invitation only process guarantees that all members share similar scope of responsibilities and challenges across a variety of companies and industries. For our Partnership members, they have access to a wealth of HR related knowledge. At the same time, they are able to network with a high-calibre group of peers who can share their experience, insights and the challenges they are facing across a broad range of HR responsibilities.
