The Award Ceremony will take place on 21 May 2013 in New York at the NACD 2013 Spring Forum.   Read about the Award and the Ceremony.

On 26 February 2013, John Lim, Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors and Ilian Mihov, Deputy Dean, Faculty & Research, Professor of Economy handed out the Certificates in Corporate Governance to eleven participants of the International Directors Programme who have successfully met the requirements for certification.  Thirteen participants in total received their Certificates in February.

An INSEAD Directors Forum was held on the same day on the Singapore campus on the topic of "Governance in Asia", with guest speakers from the Singapore Exchange, the Economic Development Board and the Singapore Institue of Directors.
