Professional experience: Member of the Board of Directors for a number of privately held technology firms.
Mr. Bonee is a partner at Innosight Ventures based in Singapore, and is the Director of Innosight Venture’s IDEAS Fund, which is an early stage venture fund, leveraging the Disruptive Innovation theories of Innosight’s founder, Prof. Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School. Mr. Bonee works with several of Innosight Venture’s portfolio companies as an advisor to management, leveraging his background in technology and venture development.
Before Innosight, Mr. Bonee was CEO of Sylantro Systems Corp., a company he founded in 1998 to enable the delivery of enhanced telephony services over broadband networks. Prior to Sylantro, Pete was Vice President of Product Operations at Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco). As a member of the early startup team at Latitude, he led the development of Latitude's MeetingPlace conferencing products. Before Latitude, he was Vice President of Engineering at VMX Incorporated (acquired by Lucent). Early in his career, he worked at ROLM Corp. (acquired by IBM) in engineering and management roles.
