The OB area group has 26 resident faculty members. Every year we welcome visiting professors from other universities.

We offer courses for MBA's, EMBA's, PhD's and Executives.

Our research covers many topics such as: leadership, human resource management, career change, organizational innovation, learning, transformation and organization culture. It also includes social networks, diversity, power and politics, managing careers, managerial negotiations, innovation processes, virtual collaboration.
