Our executive education programmes are designed to provide relevant insights and skills development to practitioners in specialized domains of the entrepreneurship field. Currently we offer executive education programmes in two domains:

INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme (ISEP) is a key component of INSEAD’s Social Entrepreneurship Initiative, a comprehensive programme of education, networking and research to support the development of the field of social enterprise. ISEP aims to combine theory and practice equally by balancing the deep academic knowledge of the faculty with the discussions and insights from expert speakers. It is designed to focus on the business skills and frameworks that will help entrepreneurs grow their social ventures and improve their effectiveness and social impact. The discussion of case studies developed by ISEP’s faculty provides a platform to analyze the complex issues and challenges that social entrepreneurs face. Finally, ISEP promotes a forum for exchange of experiences and practical knowledge that continues after the week-long programme, thus developing a vibrant alumni network

The Family Enterprise Challenge (FAME) programme offers a unique environment for family businesses to better understand and address their specific issues. It provides an overview of the latest thinking and best practices on a wide range of family enterprise topics, using real family business cases. As importantly, it is designed so that participants can immediately apply the learning to their own situations, and experience a higher level of communication within their family groups. Strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the course. This environment of trust allows personal discussions to take place within each family team and between members of different families. These exchanges are part of the richness of the programme and of the learning experience.

In addition we have developed a customized Masters programme in Entrepreneurial Leadership for the Department of Civil Service in Abu Dhabi.

We have also developed a certificate programme in Entrepreneurial Leadership for the new generation of one of the most well-know family business groups in Europe.
