Faculty introduction: The Innovation Effect

The creative explosion that took place in Florence when the Medici family brought together creators from a wide range of disciplines such as sculptors, scientists, poets, philosophers, financiers, painters, and architects, to produce a powerful “Innovation Effect”. As these diverse individuals connected, new ideas were created at the intersection of their respective fields, spawning the Renaissance, one of the most creative eras in history. To introduce the Innovation Panel, we will first explore how innovative leaders around the world create similar “Innovation Effects” today.
