Dreyfus Sons & Co Ltd, Banquiers establishes Endowed Research Fund

Dreyfus Sons & Co Ltd, Banquiers, Basel established the Dreyfus Sons & Co Ltd, Banquiers, Endowed Research Fund for Corporate Social Responsibility at INSEAD.  We are very grateful to INSEAD alumnus Pierre Dreyfus '76 for his role in making the Fund possible.

The Fund will provide resources for a core initiative on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Ethics within the INSEAD Social Innovation Centre.  The gift highlights INSEAD's and Dreyfus Sons' commitment to the cause of CSR and Ethics and strengthens INSEAD's activities in this fundamental area.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank establishes the first Chair at the INSEAD Abu Dhabi Centre

The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank recently established the first Chair at INSEAD's Centre for Executive Education and Research in Abu Dhabi.  The Chair in International Business  - which is endowed - will enable INSEAD faculty to conduct research on a broad range of business issues that are particularly relevant to the United Arab Emirates and the region.

"As one of the largest banks in the UAE, ADCB is shaping a new identity with the evolution of its vision and its focus on innovation," said Saeed Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.  "This partnership will bring the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and INSEAD, one of the leading business schools in the world, together to advance knowledge and learning in key management disciplines."

The ADCB Chair in International Business adds a valuable dimension to the INSEAD Abu Dhabi Centre.  By advancing research on buisness management in the Middle East the Chair will strengthen INSEAD's mission as The Business School for the World.
