Sara Delia Menon is a clinical psychologist from Singapore. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology degree from James Cook University (Singapore), an Honours in Psychology degree from Murdoch University (WA), and a Bachelors of Arts (Psychology and Sociology) degree from the National University of Singapore.
Sara has almost two decades of experience working as a psychologist in Singapore. She managed a staff counselling and crisis response team and a clinical forensic service for inmates with mental health issues within the public service. Sara left the public sector in 2015 and has been working in private practice ever since. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples to address mood and anxiety issues; developmental and attachment trauma; abuse and self-harm; and other interpersonal or behavioural difficulties. Sara also conducts psychological assessments for adults and runs a support group for survivors of sexual abuse.
