Psychologist, Associate Director
Gisela Guttmann is a senior clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with 25 years of clinical experience in Brazil, Australia, and Singapore. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and clinical Psychology degree from UFRJ, a master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Theory from The University of Kent in the United Kingdom, and a post-graduate degree in Psychoanalysis in the XXI century from FAAP in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Gisela has held various clinical roles throughout her career, including serving as a counselling team leader and clinical supervisor for a youth organization in Sydney, Australia, and as a Psychologist/Consultant for The Transcultural Mental Health (NSW). She specialises in cross-cultural psychology, with a specific interest in "Third Culture" kids and adults, as well as relationship issues.
Gisela has been in private practice in Singapore since 2007 and serves as the Associate Director of Psychological Services for the INSEAD Psychological Services Team. She is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society and has professional affiliations in Australia and Brazil.
Gisela is fluent in English and Portuguese.
